Care Assistant

Job Description:
As a Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our care team, providing high-quality support to our clients in their homes or residential settings. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure the overall well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
Medication Management: Support clients with medication administration as per their care plan.
Daily Living Assistance: Help with meal preparation, feeding, and mobility support.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, conversation, and engage clients in activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping duties, laundry, and ensuring a safe living environment.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care manager.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Requirements:
Must be currently residing in the UK.
Female applicants are preferred for this position due to the personal nature of the care.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not mandatory.
